swimming: a complete sport

Well the saying that “water is health”, so doctors recommended swimming as therapy for some muscular injuries of the spine and to improve the quality of life for people with hypertension and diabetes, among others. What is the magic inherent in this exercise?

To motivate children and teenagers to go swimming are told, with good reason, that activity involves bringing all the muscles of the body, which promotes a comprehensive and balanced development. * Pregnancy-induced Hypertension
* Premature rupture of membranes
* Preterm labor pains during pregnancy
* Cervical Insufficiency
* Blood loss continued during the second or third trimester
* Intrauterine growth retardation
