The fact that some fruits contain more sugar than the other (successful), not disqualified for patients with diabetes can enjoy. Scientific studies show that in the end matters more total carbohydrates you consume, if the carbohydrates come from apples, bread or a plate of spaghetti. Obviously not talking about junk food, seeds and a better portion size is important.
