Cellulite is Created After a Physical Trauma or Depression

A situation where you can observe the development of cellulite is a result of a major trauma in the pelvis or thighs (accidents, falls, injuries) as if the body trying to protect, through cell growth, to guard against any repetition of the trauma. Likewise a loving relationship experienced as painful or disappointment in love (which is directly reflected in sexual pelvis and thighs, as if they were their own first to suffer the trauma) can lead to feeling the need to  protect themselves from the risk of repeating the traumatic experience here then appear at the level of the thighs and pelvis, a cushion of cellulite that can cushion the blows that life can restrict the zone of ‘love’ and, simultaneously, it reduces sensitivity to stimuli that could bring all those women in a vulnerable situation similar to that experienced previously. Physical Activity to Reduce Cellulite

We know the causes of cellulite: heredity, hormonal imbalance, stress, lifestyle and so wrong. Today we want to concentrate on these last two aspects of the problem. And ‘now clear to all that physical inactivity does not do well, maybe the blood circulation is affected and fluids accumulate in the interstices of the fat cells that are flammable and give life to cellulite. And ‘well as implement a healthy lifestyle and balanced.

Now focus our attention on physical activities, exercises and remedies that can reduce cellulite, here are some tips:

• Walk briskly at least 30 minutes a day helps to activate the muscle pump that pushes blood from the veins to the heart. Avoid standing still or sitting for long. If you want to have firm legs try to jump on the steps uphill walk together. (more…)

Cellulite is Most of Woman Problem

There are many people in the world who like eating. We know that people who eat too much will be too heavy or overweight; it is caused by the fats that stay in our body. Some of us may be not concern with it, because there is no change of their body. But for some other, they will be concerned with it, because they want to get the health body. Eating too much will make us get the fat body.

Actually keep the body healthy is important for us, because they will not get many diseases because of overweight. If we have habit eating too much there will be cellulite on some parts of our body. It is some kind of topographic skin change that is claimed to occur in most females. We can avoid it not to occur in our body if we can keep our eating healthy, means that we eat not too much.

For some people who have it in some parts of their body, they usually will use anti cellulite. It is the way for decrease the cellulite on our body. We can find it from the cream, and we basted around the place where cellulite occurs. If we use it continuously perhaps we can see that it will be lost. What we need is just searching the right cream of it.
