Biofeedback techniques teach us that everyone has the ability to modify neural and physiological mechanisms to control stress and anxiety enough to know the body language in order to apply the right antidote.

If we consider the stress caused by our urban context we understand that often surpassed the desirable state of harmony and calm. Thus, says psychologist, more than 90% of the diseases that are cause for medical consultation (not psychological), are directly or indirectly related to stress and bad stress management. “Until the middle of last century people got sick and died from infections, now the leading cause of death are evils of cardiovascular disease, degenerative diseases or cancer, directly or indirectly linked to stress.”
