Allergies Treatment

Certain foods have been found to be beneficial in the prevention and treatment of allergies. Often the intake of vitamin B5 or pantothenic acid brings great relief to the victims. This vitamin can be taken at doses of 100mg per day for a month. In such cases, a liberal amount of pantothenic acid helps even the recovery takes several weeks. A dose of 400 mg of vitamin E taken every day for four to six weeks is also beneficial as this vitamin has effective anti-allergic properties.

Allergy treatment by using castor oil
